Dave Kelly and Peter McGown are two men with over 70 years experience between them in the building trade as carpenters, joiners and tilers.  Individually they spent years working for  larger companies, where they felt that the work was produced without attention to the individual's needs.

Both men believe that building a home is the most intensely unique task you can undertake and therefore they joined forces in 2005 and created Kelmac Homes with a commitment to provide one on one service to every client.

Since their inception, they have never advertised.  All of their  projects have come to them from referrals – a sure sign of success of their ethos – keep it personal.
