We can't tell you that we create a specific type of home, or show you a portfolio of mass produced floor plans,  because all of our homes are unique.  We can tell you that we will build your home with all the design elements that you need to suit the daily patterns of your life.

What's our first step?
We will arrange a meeting to sit down with you face to face and discuss your list of needs - as well as your list of wants! - and together we will set off on a fantastic journey to build your new lifestyle.  Along the way we will personally supervise all levels of construction from site inspection to handover of the keys!

And the next step?
A site inspection of your land.  We need to stand on the land and ask questions  like "Where does the sun rise?",  "Where does the breeze come from?"  and "Do your original ideas work on this land?"   Once these types of questions are answered,  we provide initial sketches of your proposed home for you - free of charge!  Only once you are happy, do we go into soil testing, drafting and other formal processes.
